Kirk shows us on 2 pages how to make a Do-It-Yourself incubator.

First part of Kirk's incubator.

A Homemade Incubator by Rick.

After the hatch in Kirk's homemade incubator. Happiness...chicks!

Kirk wrote: "The incubator worked great during the hatching. We just put down two paper towels with some slits cut through it to help with the heat and air flow. I realized today as I was cleaning the incubator that the two dirtiest things could be easily and cheaply replaced in order to help keep things sanitized. The aluminum foil and the tinned cake pan were pretty dirty and were not the easiest to clean, but they are also easily replaceable for next time."

This photo is Dominique, Bantam, and Cream Brabanter chicks.
